These terms govern your use of Iris Accounts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Iris Accounts is cloud accounting software provided by Unified Business Solutions (Pvt) Limited, a project of Softech UK. We provide the software “as a service” over the internet, including tools for invoicing, tax, inventory, manufacturing, banking and reporting.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for the activity of users you invite to your account.
- You must use the service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to it.
Free trial & subscription
New accounts start with a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Your price is agreed with our team, and your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed. Access continues for the paid period; you can renew to continue. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Tax compliance
Iris Accounts helps you prepare and report information such as FBR digital invoices and tax figures, but you remain responsible for your own tax compliance and for the correctness of the data you enter. Tax rates, rules and thresholds change; you should confirm your obligations with FBR, the relevant provincial authority, or your tax adviser.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.
Your data
The business records you enter remain yours. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
