Iris Accounts is cloud accounting software operated by Unified Business Solutions (Pvt) Limited, a project of Softech UK, based at The Broadway, Paragon City, Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account details you provide when you sign up — your name, company name, email, phone, province and tax details such as NTN.
- Business data you enter into the software — customers, suppliers, invoices, bills, payments, inventory and accounting records.
- Payment references you submit for your subscription (for example a bank transfer reference).
- Technical information such as log data and device/browser information, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the software and its features.
- To process your subscription and issue invoices.
- To support you, respond to enquiries, and send service-related messages.
- To secure the service, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
How your data is stored and protected
Your data is hosted securely in the cloud with encrypted credentials and per-business isolation, so one business’s data is not visible to another. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and only users you invite can access your company’s data.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only where needed to run the service (for example, reporting sales tax invoices to FBR at your instruction, or with service providers who host and support the platform), or where required by law.
Your data, your control
The business records you enter remain yours. You can export your data to PDF/CSV at any time, and you can ask us to help you retrieve or remove your data. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
